**bleep**ing technical support embarrassment. are you hesitating me? Yesterday, like every Tuesday, I printed the 3 **bleep**ing sheets, you don't have firmware to solve it. and even say stupid things to customers who pay a subscription. I dare unsubscribe already.

This issue was fixed with the latest firmware update for your Netgear Orbi router.

Please follow the steps below in order to update to the last version:

The issue will be fixed on the upcoming 2.5.xxx FW which is not slated to be released until May.

I can’t share anything else due to agreement.
