Nighthawk and NETGEAR Armor

I have a netgear AX1800 RAX20 now ive downloaded the app on pc and iPhone why are they not synchronised. they are telling me different info about devices. I also brought the NETGEAR Armor VPN off my iPhone why can't I download it to my PC
