Nighthawk ax6 ax4300 firmware v1.0.12.120 with armor. App gives low security rating

The nighthawk app gives the network a very low security rating for 2 reasons that I don’t think make sense. One, it claims notifications are not turned on but they are. I got a push notification on my iPad that a spam attempt was blocked just this morning, though when I checked armor to see what device was involved it had no record. Second reason for the low security rating is that according to armor the tv connected to the network has something like over 800 security vulnerabilities. This tv went from no vulnerabilities to over 800 overnight. 
Does anyone else have a similar problem? A fix? A comment? Thank you.

    I have the same issue with the app saying I could improve my security score if I enabled security notifications. First, I’m not exactly sure what they mean? Is one of the 2 iPad Pro models not turned on or is it the nighthawk router app that I have on my iPad and I’m getting the same blocked message notifications. Some are from the AT&T Active Armor app, but others are from Netgear.

     I’m not really sure what they mean by turn on the security notifications, but they are on on all four devices that can use the service.
