Ok..i used the Netgear armor and with this after setting it up, it has expired and is offering me the Netgear plus for 49.99 for the first year…but I have tried putting in my credit/debit card 4 times and all it does is charge my bank one cent each time, so I tried a regular citi bank credit card and it did nothing again…every time I hit pay with each one all it does is go to a blank page and gets stuck….i have tried getting help from Netgear and they have told me nothing that helps me…i want it back on, what is going wrong and what do I need to do…please help…not brain dead but I am 76 and can take all the help I can get because apparently Netgear people know nothing and dont care…thank you Jackie Alley
