This isn’t a solution for people who no longer have their device. Netgear needs to provide customers a way to simply cancel on your site and view the status themselves.

Just never go back to Netgear. They used to be good but no now.
DNS request to netgear.com is the top one in my house. Btw, No.2 is google which only request half the amount.
