Notice to activate my 1 year subscription Netgear Armor powered by Bitdefender
Two weeks ago I paid for a one year subscription to BitDefender Antivirus Protection. (I have a receipt from my bank account that shows the transaction went through) I keep recieving notices that states my trial subscription is almost up.(WHAT?!) NOW, I am recieving emails from NETGEAR ARMOR powered by Bitdefender, stating We noticed you still haven't activated your redeem code. I followed the steps to redeem the code exactly as stated and it keeps showing an error. I am totally confused! If I already paid for a subscription for BitDefender Antivirus why is NETGEAR ARMOR sending me emails to "ACTIVATE my Subscription." Are these two companies JOINED together and will I not recieve my paid subscription to BitDefender if I don't activate this code. Please help. I am somewhat technical but this truly has me stumped. Thank you in advance for your help!
