Orbi app does not reflect active armor subscription
I purchased a Netgear Armor subscription, and activated with activation code via the armor.netgear.com website. The website shows my Netgear Armor subscription as active, and my RBR20 Router is listed under "My Routers".
The Orbi app on my phone though lists Security as "Expired", and if selected it takes me to a new subcription purchase.
Also, the orbilogin.net website shows my Security Status as Activated.
Thank you for the help in resolving this. My armor.netgear.com and Orbi login are both under the same email address as well
