Orbi Rbk853 Armor subscription hangs on “updating”
My Armor subscription ended a week ago .. and was purchased again .. however .. for the past several days it shows “updating .. may take up to 24 hours”. I’ve tried restarting the router and my phone ...

I finally heard back from netgear support … after I had noticed that when it renewed, they had attached the subscription to an old router that I had a couple years back. I resent them the serial for the correct router .. a few days later …!it was fixed. Thx again guys

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?
If it's not working, might ask NG to cancel the subscription.
