If you have Armor installed or activated, then this would be the reason. Armor is active and when new devices connect to the system, it's letting you know that new devices connect when they do. This is by design and intent and operation of the Armor system. The Router isn't logging itself in. Orbi app by default has Anywhere Access enabled.
If you don't want this notification or behavior, factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser at 192.168.1.1 and select don't have a mobile device at the bottom of the page. Complete the setup. Don't use Orbi app.
