Orbi rbs750 app shows armor inactive
However, http site http://10.0.0.1/start.htm shows active - can't turn it off because app won't install it gives an error?

The app works fine, I think the issue is armor thinks I am active so on the app I can't activate because it's already active. I am not sure why the app thinks it's not installed. I can see on the armor site that it sees my router and appears to be active? So how do I get the app to activate if it's already active? I want the ability to turn on and off.

Ok well for some reason it's activated but I want to turn it off and it won't, if times out.
any ideas?

Please refer to the article below on how to disable Armor using the Orbi app. You may need to reinstall the Orbi app.

Yeah, it doesn't work - it times out. I've tried to reinstall but same result. Does something have to happen on the backend?
