Paid for Yearly Subscription Service, but getting charged monthly

Question

Hello.&nbsp; I purchased the Armor Subscription - Next Billing Date 17 Feb 2025 and the&nbsp;Smart Parental Controls - set for Auto renew&nbsp;31 Dec 2024, but I am getting hit monthly for $20.00 from netgear and I cannot find out why or how to stop this.&nbsp; Support does not give me an option to call anyone and when I look - it keeps asking me to open a case, I did and then it tells me to come to the community or to visit the knowledge base.&nbsp; Is there anyone that can help with this?!?&nbsp;Nighthawk MR60 Mesh System

I ended up getting a hold of them on the phone and canceling the auto-renew.&nbsp; Once I was able to talk with them, it went very smooth.&nbsp;
