Paid subscription automatic or opt in at end of trial

Do I have to opt into the paid subscription at the end of the trial, or does it automatically start?&nbsp; This should be made clear when you are asking us to start the trial.

Sorry for not being clear.&nbsp; I am asking about the Nighthawk Armor security.&nbsp; It seems to be run by Bitdefender but the button to start the free trial is offered on my Nighthawk app.&nbsp; My router is a Nighthawk X6S, but my question is about the Netgear Armor offered on my Nighthawk app.
