parental controls
I turned off parental controls on my RBR50 and now the only wireless devices that can access the internet are those that were in the parental controls group. All my ethernet connected devices seem to work. What the heck happened? How can I get rid of Armor and these stupid parental controls?
Forgot to add that my wireless devices get a black screen with red bars and the words "This device is blocked by Access Control in the Router" But the only way that I can get to access control is with my app that is blocked from wireless.

Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a ethernet connected PC and web browser. DO NOT setup with Orbi app.

Once setup wizard is completed, save off a backup configuration to file for safe keeping.
