Firmware: V2.3.5.30
Purchased this Orbi unit at Costco as well and recenty installed it.. I got my first phantom printing recently that supposedly happens when Orbi is installed and perhaps the Armor is activated (which I apparently did).
How do I get these phantom pages to stop printing this printing to stop? Printer is a only a few months old - HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 and the firmware/drivers are up to date...
If netgear can't get these pages to stop printing, how do i deactivate the Armor producted deactivated?

I also have the Orbi router purchased recently from Costco. Can you please update with the solution to this. Lots of wasted paper and ink on 2 different printers!! One printer is an Epson (7100) and the other is an HP Laserjet Pro (M252dw).
I get the same printouts on each printer as others have stated! Firmware is updated on everything.

- nkm49May 31, 2020TutorI disabled the “Netgear Armor.” If you have the orbi app you can do this by clicking on security. Once I did that it stopped the printer from printing all that wasted paper. I did this a while ago and haven’t checked if they did an update to correct the issue. Hope this helps

Just FYI The beta version 2.5.0.8 hot fix is out of consideration. it definitely solves nothing, except creating more network issues and incompatibilities.
All honesty, we paid additional support + suport coming from warranty, and nothing good came out of it. Looking forward to see how we get some reliefs.

DexterJB can you provide me with the fix? I just upgraded my orbi security and have been getting the 3 page print outs.
- lamcarterDec 11, 2020AspirantI would either call them or wait for the tech on this thread to reach out. They will walk you through the FW update as it is not pushed through on the Orbi app even if it is telling you there’s a FW update. Once that happens, you will likely not even get notifications that the security software is doing a scan even though it will still be showing as active and blocking phishing attempts on your network from emails or websites.
