Purchasing Armor in app fails on white screen
I'm trying to purchase Armor for my MR60 mesh router (can't pull model up on the Associated Products field above this dialog), using the app (as that appears to be the only way to do it) and it goes to a white screen and never any further. To be clear, i can do about everything on the app, just can't purchase Armor. It acts as though it is taking me to something external, but it is still the Nighthawk app on my iphone. App is pure white. I do eventually get a feedback prompt to send a bug report.
I tried contacting chat support (logged into netgear.com) and it told me to get an agent i had to log in (included link). I clicked on the link and it took me to a Netgear page saying Access Denied in red. Couldn't get further with chat support.
I just updated the app today, but that didn't solve it. Any other way to get this done?
