The NETGEAR Armor security activation process failed due to some reason. Please contact Technical Support for more details. Not sure what the issue is.

Hi ChemicalGilroy, Welcome to the community! If you haven't yet, we recommend doing a factory reset on the router and see if the issue will persist. This link may help out for the reset process. Once you've completed that, try logging out and logging back to your Armor app. Let us know how it goes. Dexter

I followed all of those steps before multiple times and nothing happened. I don’t even have the activation code anymore because I discarded it due to inability to use it and there isn’t an option to purchase it outright (which is what I want to do).
