RAX70 Router - Unable to activate Netgear Armor
I activated Netgear Armor and bought a year subscription, but then I had to reset my router and now it won't re-activate. I can login to armor.netgear.com and verify my subscription is active, but when I try to activate Armor in the Nighthawk app on my phone, it says Activation failed and I get a pop up message saying "Process is taking too long (more than 60 secs), Try again!" I have tried over 20 times, and on different days. Of note, on the web portal for my router, it says Armor is active, but the web UI does not have any stats or controls to unblock sites that armor blocks, etc. Has anyone overcome this, and if so, what does it take to activate to get the controls and data in the Nighthawk app?
