What you select the 3 horizontal lines at the top left corner of the app and open a menu. Do you see My Subscriptions listed here? 

What region are you located?

Hi,

I am in Italy.

if I tap on the top left I see what's in the attached photo.

I don't see any netgear subscriptions.
