RBRE960 and netgear armor no longer active since April 2023 after purchasing & using since Nov 202
Have a Wifi6E orbi mesh. the RBRE960. Stopped using my firewalla gold and activated netgear armor around december of 2022. Noticed i was not receiving alerts around march or april of 2023. netgear armor was not active and the orbi app on ios would not "activate trial." contacted netgear May of 2023. Have heard NOTHING since then despite having an "active" case. Means I paid for a year of service and got 3-4 months with zero response from netgear. Running the latest firmware on the orbi. running the latest os on the iphone. and have attempted to reset everything. delete and reinstall app. factory reset and start over with the netgear orbi. would be helpful to have a solution 3 1/2 months out. And in reviewing my case, IT HAS BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT A SOLUTION. I implant devices as a physician regularly and no matter how good the device is, the representatives that maintain them for patients are what define which one I choose to implant. No matter how good the orbi is, I cannot recommend a device that netgear does NOT support.
