Re: Armor Subscription not Showing APP

I had the same problem with Armor not showing in the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not fix the issue. I am running an ORBI RBR50 on firmware version v2.7.5.4. The app was the android version running on a Samsung Galaxy S24.
Netgear's online chat support recommended doing a hard reset of the Orbi system to return it to its default settings. They provided the following links to help.

My Orbi system is connected to an NBN fttc modem. I am also using TPG for my ISP. The Orbi app setup does not work for this configuration. I had to manually setup the Orbi using the browser admin interface. Once connected, the Orbi app was used to reconnect to ARMOR. Thankfully, all is working well now.
