Using the NighHawk App on Android, version: V2.15.1.2104 Trying to pay for Armor Subscription using PayPal. "I accept NETGEAR Terms" is grayed"

Thank you for responding. The NightHawk App is on my Android Phone. The PayPal App is also on the same Android phone. When I ask the NightHawk App to pay via PayPal it does not launch the PayPal App on my phone and doesn’t activate the button “By checking this box, I…” (shown in the attached android screen snapshot):
