Hi Mike
Welcome to the Community!
First off you may want to make sure what version of Duo and NV+ you have. You can check that through this article though the easiest way to check is on the FW being used, v1s should be on OS 4.x while v2s are on OS 5.x
This is to make sure you will be using the correct disks available for your unit. Duo V1 and NV+ V1 have a maximum of 2TB drives per bay while V2s have 4TB maximum compatible drives and any NAS purposed drives is advisable.
Hope this helps!

thank you for answering me.
I have the latest updates.
But I still wonder why only one Drive is found and not the other 3.
Is there a list out which drives can be used?
regards and thanks
Mike
