Remove associated email address
Hi,
I am having real trouble associating my orbi router with Netgear Armor. I originally set this up with my Virgin Media email address and have now moved house, Virgin Media do not cover my new area so have had to go to a new ISP. The problem is that VM want to charge me per month to carry on using my VM email account which I do not want to do. Bitdefender have removed my VM account from their system and I have set up a gmail account on Armor and on Netgear and have been in email conversation with Bitdefender who state that Netgear need to remove all traces of my VM account in order for me to get Armor associated with the gmail account I log into the ORBI app with, however I do not wish to pay for a service contract for this "one off" situation" so this forum is my only recourse. Armor now not working since begining of June. When I try to activate I just get the message "Failed to Subscribe". Any help or advice will be much appreciated.
Rather than waste mine and other peoples time anymore as I have been on this now for 10 weeks and just getting further into a tangled mess I am giving up and will cancel my Armor subscription.
