Renewed ARMOR - nowhere to enter activation code

I renewed my  Armor subscription last month, and was told by the representative that the router would automatically detect the new subscription and change over. Nope. Now the router shows Armor as "expired", and every link I try sends me to a "purchase now" page. Even my netgear account says "that activation code was already used", and shows it active ... but in use on -0- devices. 

Armor subscription is ridiculously difficult to get working. Help please.

  • sadly, you do need to contact support for subscription issues as we're just members of the public helping out. 

    To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
    Register an account (or login) and then the device.
    From there you can start the support process.
    Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription service
