I am having the same issue today. Reboot my RBK852 Router + 1 Satellite but no help! Uninstall and reinstall the Netgear Orbi APP on my Android phone did not help either. My phone support is out of 90 days period. Did you have any luck? Thanks.

No luck so far. I tried all the same and nothing. Not sure why support for their software subscription of their supported software should run out. 90 days for product support is rather worthless as well. If I can't get it to work, surely won't be renewing anytime soon. Waste of money to purchase security software that doesn't seem to work

Hi,
I am getting exactly the same issue. Have activated Armor and says this is working, however it has not completed and vulnerbility scans or detected any new devices on the network.
When i go into the securtiy tab on the app, i get the message something went wrong, try again.
Shows i have vulnerbilities, but when i click on them nothing appears.
Setup as below:-
