Something Went Wrong, Try Again Error Messgae

Hi,
I am getting exactly the same issue. Have activated Armor and says this is working, however it has not completed and vulnerbility scans or detected any new devices on the network.
When i go into the securtiy tab on the app, i get the message something went wrong, try again.
Shows i have vulnerbilities, but when i click on them nothing appears.
Setup as below:-

I have this exact same issue with my CBR750/RBS750 setup
- Figured out that doing a factory reset on the router resolved the issue, however I now have an issue of the everywhere access not staying online, which appears to take Netgear armour offline with it!
