states that the IP address is managing this device

when trying to go through steps to reset my password, using admin the password takes me to a screen sayibg the IP address is managing this device and options to click on wont respond

    Welcome to the community!

     

    That indicates that another device is logged in to the router UI. You can try using another browser and/or device. If the issue will persist, restoring the router back to factory settings will be an option.
