The proper way to add new disks
Hi!
I got an ReadyNas NV+ RND 4220 with two 2TB disk and are trying to add two 4TB disks for more space.

NV+ has a limit of 2TB disk that can be added to it, NV+V2 has 4TB as the largest. If you were able to get the 4TB synced you might have a V2.
V1 should have OS 4.x.x and V2 has OS 5.x.x, what firmware do you have?
If you have V1 it might certainly be the cause why you are getting the message.
