I'm hoping a mod helps out. Not 100% but there's always a chance.
What actual nighthawk is it? Some have pretty active 3rd party firmware for them that are pretty good.
And we're pretty good at troubleshooting on here. Maybe it isn't a "spaceship" after all and could be fixed/restored/used.

I did as you suggested and tried calling Customer Care 1-888-638-4327 (Note: Automated System was vague on options, so had to just press "1" button to get Technical Support then was transferred to Customer Care). They were able to create an Open Case for Netgear Armor cancellation. I needed to give them my Serial Number, E-Mail, and Phone number to start the cancellation process with their Customer Care Team. *Refund Process consisted of these steps: (1.) I had to login to mynetgear.com then choose under Profile the "My Support" Tab. (2.) Select the Open Case Number for my Netgear Armor Cancellation. (3.) I had to upload the Netgear Receipt with invoice number for purchase of 1 Year Netgear Armor Service from my E-mail address.*
The 30 min. phone call with them went pretty smoothly, and now I'm expecting to see an E-mail from them in the next 48 Hrs.
Thanks for the information Plemans, but unfortunately I have no use for the Nighthawk "Spaceship" Router since I've been using my Internet Service Provider's wireless modem router the past 2 years.

Nighthawk Issue:
*from my memory 2 years ago*
(1.) The lights would have a weird flicker, be super dim or would not come on for internet.
(2.) I could plug in and use my old Netgear Cable Modem Wi-Fi Router Combo C6250 with no issues.
(3.) If by some miracle the NightHawk decided to work after a Hard Factory Reset then I would randomly get a disconnection from the internet, slow buffering for Netflix / Hulu / Youtube etc. randomly, or eventually everything would stop then I would have to Hard Factory Reset it again. *Honestly, I have nightmares about the process of resetting it over, over, over again.* The App was sometimes torturous due to the fact (1) it couldn't find the Nighthawk from time to time. (2) My Login / Password *That was correct* would not take sometimes (3) It would glitch out so bad that I would just have uninstall the App on my Phone then reinstall to work with it again. *This also was is in 2020, so there might just been some bad juju there anyways*
