What firmware is on the router? (and the satellites)

Theres a newer 2.7.4.24
Have you tried manually updating to that and activating?

I've checked for updates with the Orbi app which didn't find an update. I've manually updated the router and satellite to 2.7.4.24.
I am still getting the same error with Armor.
