unable to renew armor subscription for my Orbi RBR40

My Armor subscription is about to expire,  When I try to renew it on my iPhone, I get this message:   "somethign went wrong - Try again" 

My cellular and WIFI connections are enabled

My credit card got hacked and has been replaced - not sure if that s an issue 

I cannot enable auto renew on the app which is when i get the error Message.  it shuts off  automatically and won't stay eneabled

my product is registered.

I cannot find  a sales support/customer service phone  number which is annoying -  why do these companies cut off all means of contact?

Anyone from sales  or customer service available?   Only have 6 days  left to renew!
