Unable to unblock URL

I have the same problem. Armor blocked a lot of "cn" websites recently. Tried to unblocked by clicking "unblocked url" but got message "An Error Occurred" after clicking OK.

I'm having the same problem. I can't unblock false positives. "Something went wrong." every damn time. And all these forum posts end with "send me a PM" so there are no solutions available online. Netgear software is soooooo bad.
