VPN sub renewal

Question

I have had to change routers and changed to Bitdefender direct as a result. But I have now had an email saying

“On 2024-12-15, we will charge your account 39.99 GBP via our payments processor partner, 2Checkout, for your NETGEAR Premium VPN powered by Bitdefender (1 year) subscription”

I have been onto my old account and can find no trace of a sub how do I get this changed?

Thanks support never replied did try them at the time but unless as ever. 2Checkout was better and its been canceled
