vunerability scans on neighbor's devices

Just got my new router and I keep getting vunerability reports for the neighbor's devices.  I have even changed my PW and their wireless thermostat and linux computer keep getting scanned. They don't show as connected devices.  What the heck? How can I stop this. it is annoying
