When I try to enroll in the Armor Plus for my Nighthawk
I have a similar problem. When I try to enroll in the Armor Plus for my Nighthawk, it takes me to the first screen (Net gear 1). I select the Best Offer button, which sends me to the next screen, (Net gear 2). This screen is where you put all of the credit card info. I put all that in, and press the + button above the info, then press the Place Your Order button, and I get the next screen (Net gear 3). This is displayed for about 5 second, then goes full white and I cannot get out of that, so I have to relaunch the app.
I’ve created two separate support tickets, provided these screen shots, and all I get is a reminder of how to do the exact steps I’ve already tried at least 10 times. Those tickets are now expired, so I was hoping my putting this out to the community, the company would be able to finally determine why this app is not working.
Just for info, I have an iPad, I’ve already deleted and reloaded the app, and I’ve tried to purchase this through the online store, but it doesn’t seem that’s an option.
