Adding website to category in Circle

Hello,

 

My children visit a website (vtm.be) which is mostly used to watch videos. 

But Circle's category for that website is "News", which is the same category as the websites they use for school (also wrong) so I cannot limit the News category, but would like to reassign the website to the right category (video) on which I put a time limit. 

Just cannot find the option to do that.

Any tip very welcome. Thank you!

      Thanks for the answer. Through the link you provided, I came on that page https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026671131-Filter-Platforms-Categories-and-Privacy-Safety which (in theory) brings the solution.

       

      Filtering Additional Apps or Websites

      Some Apps or Websites are not visible by default. Here's how to filter them:

      1. While using a device belonging to the profile that you want managing the App or Website, access the website or service.
      2. Open the Circle app and navigate to the appropriate profile.
      3. Tap Usage and locate the app or website in the list. If it does not appear, make sure you have spent a few minutes actively using it before checking.
      4. Once found, tap the Platform and choose "Add to Platforms." You can also set a Time Limit from here or set it to be Not Allowed or Unmanaged. All options will add this app or website to your list of under the Filters section of this profile.

       

      But... there is not such an option as "Add to Platforms" when I select the website as indicated in step #3. 

      I need to restrict the amount of time to the website vtm.be. Ideally, I would either assign it to the right category (Video instead of News) or put a limit on the website consumption time itself. But the option does not appear. Any other suggestion welcome. Thanks!
