Applying filters during downtime in Circle App

My son has a PS4 that is used not only for gaming, but for streaming television as well.  We have several downtime policies and the bedtime policy setup but this completely disables the internet.  I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to apply certain web policies through out the day instead of an either all or nothing approach.  I dont want to use the time limit feature because sometimes he's not actually playing games, but in the back ground they are still connected and counting against the time limit. 

 

I would just like to be able to enable certain types of web filtering depending on the time of day or night.

      Thank you for the response, but I leaning more towards setting a custom filter during downtime.  Instead of completly shutting the internet off I would like to disable certain categories on a schedule.  Say online games go off between 7pm and 7am, but everything else is still working like streaming netflix or youtube.

       

      I know this sounds slightly petty, but i dont mind my kids watching tv or researching on the internet i just want to restrict certain functions depending the time of day or per device.
