Got the problem since March and no solution from Netgear or Circle up to now. We should be able to get a refund really. I will be looking at changing to Eero with a subscription to Eero Plus.

It looks like that they have fixed it. Since an hour it is working again for me. There was no change on my side apart from an update of my orbi mobile app (android) which came through today. So they must have changed something on there server I guess

That is exciting! Glad to hear Circle on Android OS is now working remotely again! It's been a while... 😁
I just noted that the Orbi app for Apple iOS was updated 5 days ago but I still cannot access Circle remotely (from cellular or another wifi network). The Circle app was not updated. 😢

Yes, it is finally working for me again! I would hope that someone from Circle or Netgear would get on here and apologise. Having a fault this for 6 months is pretty poor customer service.

Orbi App version 2.27.0.2959
