Can't login to app or get sms code to login

This just occurred today, using circle through nighthawk router feature, I went to login to my circle app and it lets me in but shows everything with basic features (I have an active premium membership), so I open and close and try to delete and reinstall and it starts asking me for the admin code (which i cant get to) then i choose the sms text option to send a code and it doesn't send the code and now i cant get into the app at all.
