Chrome Extension being blocked by Admin on a Chromebook

A chromebook that is monitored by Circle with the Teen filter on but all platforms allowed will not install a chromebook extension. We get a Admin blocked error.  

 

Any assitance is greatly appreciated

    Hello eanahory09,

     

    This maybe due to the settings on the chromebook. Have you had a chance to see if you're able to download the extension on another device?
