Circle 1st generation passcode

Question

Hi, I am using netgear R700 and circle 1st generation app for parental control. My old phone is out of order and when I use a new phone and reinstall the app, I cannot get back to the app as I cannot get the passcode. I have tried uninstall/ reinstall app, restarting parents control in printer but still in vain. Can anyone suggest what I can try next to solve the problem?

I have paid for premium for 1 year. I am so upset now:(

I have tried everything mentioned in the links ( except resetting the router) but still failed to received the code in my phone.

Just want to see if anyone has similar experience to fix the problem. Thanks
