Circle 1st Generation vs Circle Home Plus or Circle Parental Control (2nd Generation)

Hoping someone in the Netgear Community has run into this.  Can't believe I'm the first one.

I have a Nighthawk X6 AC3200 router.  It works really well.  I would like to transition from the Circle 1st Generation app to the newer Circle Home Plus.  As I understand it, you can add mobile devices (cell phones) with this app in addition to all of the local devices on your home network.

Not sure how to go about this...  Is it even possible?  The Nighawk router has Circle "built-in".  Would I need to buy the Circle cube now and attach this to my router or maybe just update the firmware and reload the new parental app?

Guessing I will need to add all of the devices and permissions back into the Circle network.
