Circle account cant login

Question

I have a new phone and I am unable to get into circle. Its asking for a pass code which I enter and nothing happens. I say I am the admin and it says its texting me a code but nothing ever comes through.&nbsp;

Sorry not much help, my orbi is out of warranty so they wont talk to me and my phone is the only one connect to the account. Any other ideas, this is just crazy&nbsp;
