Circle and qustudio help!

Hey guys! I'm new here and I hope I am not asking an old question but I couldn't find any answers from searching on here. I have circle since yesterday and my kids devices already have qustudio. I want to use both of them as a means to linit total screen time. For example one of my daughters has a smart TV and a tablet. Qustudio only works on the tablet and the tablet is capped off at 3 hours. I allow her 4 hours of wifi à day and circle is managing that. She can decide whether she wants to spend 3 on her tablet and 1 on her TV. Or 2 on the tablet and TV etc. Anyways, circle is currently tracking the qustodio app running in the background and is considering it's use as wifi screen time so it locked her out. When I look at her history she only has maybe an hour of actual use on apps and websites but with the qustudio being on in the back ground it runs the time out prematurely. My question is; is there a way to have her time limit remain 4 hours but have qustudio not coint towards that? I can't disable its background status or else the app won't work effectively. What can I do?
