Circle and time limits for Youtube

Hi all&nbsp;Could reeally do with some help&nbsp;I have Time Limits for YouTube set for my Son's profile on the Circlae app. Ive YouTube set for 1h30mins but he can go over that without circle limiting him or indeed notifying me.&nbsp;Screen shots attached&nbsp;Welcomee any help please!!!&nbsp;Declan
