Circle app set up with passcode ugh!!!

I am trying to set up circle to monitor my kids usage.  I use IOS and the cirlce 1st gen app. 

i cannot get the passcode since the phone number is wrong.  i tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but it seems to know the information and it keeps trying to send me admin password  to a dead phone. 

how can i reset this or just receive the passcode via email.  there is no device, just using hte router and the IOS app for circle. 

I have to say, this is maddening set up and I can't believe how frustrating it is and how much I hate netgear at this point. 

certainly will be my last netgear purchase - their software is horrendous.
