Circle Blocking All Websites Regardless of Filter Settings

We have had Circle through our Orbi since August.  We have 8 different profiles to cover our family and guests.  All have worked wonderfully.  Recently, something happened and all content is now blocked regardless of the filters we have set on the profiles.  The only way to access the interent is to go into Circle and move the device to the unmanaged profile.  My suspicion is that some type of firmware update was pushed out and it has a bug.  Any thoughts?

    Hi jerandshae, welcome to the community! What is the firmware version of the Orbi? Have you tried deleting and recreating the profiles?
