Circle blocking normal sites and not adding to history

I've had Circle enabled for a while.  It is now suddenly blocking normal sites that shouldn't be blocked (i.e. Office 365, my kids' high school site, etc.).  It is NOT adding these pages to the histo...

Hi kevincc, have you tried deleting the profiles and creating new ones? And does the issue persist on newly created profiles?

Yes, DexterJB , I've deleted the profiles and recreated them. Same thing.  I've also created a brand new profile and it happens on that one too.  I've disabled Circle, re-enabled it, deleted the app from my phone, re-installed it. Same thing.  I'm tempted to add a prior firmware to see if that changes anything.
