Circle Code is not Received

Question

When I try to access the circle app, I don’t get a code sent to my phone. So, I’m not able to use the parent control on the Orbi router.

I have already used the Circle app with my Orbi during the initial installation several years ago.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
