Circle issues

After blocking a device in circle and then unblocking it, ever since it’s still blocked on the Wi-Fi, doesn’t get any internet connection, it shows up in circle as being unblocked but after blocking and unblocking again to try push through it still doesn’t receive any internet and gets referred to pause.meetcircle.com and it’s immensely frustrating when you pay for a service and it doesn’t function as it’s supposed to. Even restarted the router etc still issue occurring.
